I like the outgoingness of users, but submitting without a comment pretty much kills the story at the starting gate. Users seeing this in the upcoming stories or recently submitted stories feeds don't see anything but an odd word, and as a result most will pass. In a site with so many links submitted per hour, one must stand out amongst others, or at least have a decent amount of up-votes, to warrent a decent chance.
