It's a cute little joke, but I fail to see what the point is, really. Especially when clicking on "buy" directs you to a paper about nuclear weapon EMP.
Cute, but i would probably use it in traffic, just to se the bastard loose the control of his car (find a car which doesn't use electronics for about everything). Or nor.
